As Khmer love Khmer Land and own nationality. He is like you show. If he is loving from own Khmer people why he need more 10000 own bodygards. Have you are heard the PM in on globe has owns bordygard exept Saddam and the other dictator on the globe. If he was elected from people, he need not a large bodygards like this only 1000, it is enough because he was was elected and every where love him. For Hun Sen is not, event his own son as protector (sic) not far aways from Saddam!
PS. Since I was born I have never heard the relationship with Viet has heard thousands ago? for me just from 1979 till now (now is clearly than before), with Thai, burma, Mongol, Champa and China YES.

11:10, let's get it correct using 1904, 1907 Franco Siam treaties. You can look at these 2 treaties in archives in Paris yourself. France (Cambodia protectorate tutor) gave up Khmer maritime provinces of Trat and Chanthabon (Chantha Bury) provinces to Siam in return for Siam retruning Battambang (Prah Tabong) and Siem Reap provinces back to Cambodia.

In 1980 to 1985 durring the dark period the whole nation don not have police yet, it was unlawful, any one could rap, steal and kill without the proper cout system, I remember when I was in law school, gov't do not have criminal law chargs against killied trafice accidant yet, becouse on the street we don't have car. in those situation and now we need people who are strong mentality and physicaly to run our country. and good things is gov't surounded with top interlect Khmer or foreign mentor. Now we immagine that Cambpodia futur are strong not weak. aren't we? if gov't not strong the Thai will never act like human, they alway act like babarian towards Khmer. thank
