Based on the highest directive and advice of Samdach Akak Moha Sena Bat Dey Dek Cho Hun Xen, prime minister of the kingdom of Cambodia, given during a past meeting with the group of advisors and officials in his office, the office of the prime minister has the honor of informing you that the prime minister is pleased to accept you to serve the royal government as Samdach’s personal advisor, with a rank equivalent to minister, and as a member of the Anti-Corruption Unit which will be set up by the government.
The office of the prime minister has the duty of providing you with housing, transportation and various expenditures as you see fit.
The office of the prime minister hopes to receive your reply for a good and efficient cooperation for [your] service to serve our Cambodian royal government.

I say as long as Mr. Serey Ratha is up to the task, then there is nothing wrong with accepting the position. If he was only a strongman before entering the position, and upon entering the job, becomes a cowering dog with his mouth shut and lips seal, then what good is he anyway? The way I see it, if anti-corruption force is lead by a truly anti-corruption individual determined to fight and clean up this government, then who ever she or he is, whether opposition or CPP, should accept the job with full force and authority to carry out the job.

I still remember in 1975,Youn communist Hanoi,disguised as the khmer Rouge ,collected most khmer educated from oversea to kille .Mr Soun Serey Ratha must be careful!!!I believe you are smart enough do not let Hun sen groups foul you.In 1953 my father was the police officer, during Freinch Colony,sent him to work in Preay Nokor about four years in there...he told me everything about Young Communist..when He came back to his homeland.All Khmer must joint hand and hand to fight back to get the country back from Young Communist...We have enough Education to let our own Country.
