CHAPTER V: ECONOMY
Article 57
Tax collection shall be in accordance with the law. The national budget shall be determined by law.
Management of the monetary and financial system shall be defined by law.

management,and lacks

should change the
old generation to
new feeling of change like in Tunisia and Egypt.

50 yrs old) must
rise up against Hun
Sen dictatorship.
Be brave and read
to change.
Be a new leader and
manager to lead Cambodia into new era of financial
system and Cambodia
new ways of life.
