3 March 2011 – The Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) today unveils our monthly Trial Monitoring Project newsletter – our latest tool for the promotion of fair trial rights in the Cambodian Legal System.
‘Trial Monitoring & the Promotion of Fair Trials’ is a newsletter that, from March 2011, will be released on the 8 day of each month. The newsletter will include information gathered as part of the CCHR run Cambodian Trial Monitoring Project and will keep stakeholders up to date with activities undertaken by Project staff and with the status of fair trial rights within the Phnom Penh Capital Court of First Instance and the Kandal Municipal Court.
The Newsletter’s theme will vary month by month, depending on the Projects’ findings and will include a focus on high profile cases and key human rights issues such as freedom of expression and women’s rights at trial.

Mr.Obama lost the majority in Congress in the mid term elections because Mr.Obama wanted to pass a law on social security to give healthcare rights to the poor American.
The white Americans who vote for Republicans do not want this law that they described as communist or socialist.
Because poor Americans are largely people of color from immigrant backgrounds.
The Cambodian American who have been sentenced by the the US’s justice are sent back to Cambodia USA are victims of discrimination.
These convicted persons and who have already served their sentences should be able to stay in the U.S. and not sent back to Cambodia against their will.
The U.S. and the liberalism like to show their commitment and attachment to human rights, but in reality simply the rights and particularly the rights of the strongest, the rights of the most powerful that interest them more than human and man.
Even today in the US some American white race still believe that people of color(Black, Hispanic, Asian ..) have fewer rights than white people.
Bitter and scandalous reality of segregationist in American society.
People of colors continue to suffer in their daily life of discrimination in the U.S..
The violation of human rights in Cambodia is a joke and a political hypocrisy.

Youn/Vietnam Hanoi and CPP Youn (Hun Sen's Youn wife) have given Hun Sen orders to kill his own Khmer people. Hun Sen was stuck with his mad masters of Youn Hanoi and afraid of Youn masters to beat or abuse him an animal if he does not want to kill or hurt his own people. Hun Sen is very dumb to be a leader of Cambodia. Also, Hun Sen loves money that he has from "Cambodia for Sales to His Vietnamese Master from Hanoi" and wants to be wealthy, but Hun Sen will not be existed or he will be murdered by his Vietnamese Master later. Cambodia, please wake up and hurry to do something to protest against Vietnam Hanoi and Hun Sen and let the world know the truth. Hun Sen is a joke for Cambodia! He is afraid to die because of His Vietnamese master from Hanoi and CPP Youn. Remember, Youn/Vietnamese Hanoi created Angkar Leur/Cap Tren in the Killing Fields and they switch the story that they (Vietnamese) invaded Cambodia to help save Cambodian/Khmer lives that have been left in the small number of populations. That meant Vietnamese Hanoi was afraid that the world would found out the Vietnamese Hanoi was behind all the secret killing in the killing fields and dirty secret plan to take more land of Cambodian when Cambodian populations became smaller. Look at Champa (Cham/Islam people) was disappeared from the map. It happens to Laos right now. I am worried about Laotian people.

These are not included Viet Congs solders in Hun Sen military and polices, secrete polices uniforms.

We Khmer people have to get rid of Hun Sen ( yuon Hanoi puppet ) before he kills more Khmer and inlfux more yuon in Cambodia and berfore Ho Chi Minh Indochia Federation has gone to deep in our country ( Cambodia ).
Rule of law , good courts system in Cambodia happen after Hun Sen down only .
Time to stop Khmer's blood and Khmer tears by removing Hun Sen from power so we can see more all yuon Hanoi has been behind all the Khmer killing fiedl.

If We Khmer , Khmer leu, Kherm Krom , Khmer Kandal still do not do something to get rid of yuon who has been behind Hun Sen and has been behind the Khmer killing field or the right word is yuon Hanoi has been behind the Genocide of Khmer people, We will face the same fate as Champa, Khmer-Krom , Lao because it all about Indochina Federation to put Lao and Khmer under yuon Hanoi yoke.
