signed by Cambodia in 17 Oct. 1980, acceded to on 15 Oct. 1992

The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), adopted in 1979 by the UN General Assembly, is often described as an international bill of rights for women. Consisting of a preamble and 30 articles, it defines what constitutes discrimination against women and sets up an agenda for national action to end such discrimination.

They shall ensure in particular that neither marriage to an alien nor change of nationality by the husband during marriage shall automatically change the nationality of the wife, render her stateless or force upon her the nationality of the husband.

2. States Parties shall grant women equal rights with men with respect to the nationality of their children.

Hun sen needs to work with Madam Mu for the benefit our nation. It is Ok for all politic leaders to debate for the best outcome for our country and nation. So far Hun sen is doing very well but still needs to cooperate more with the opposition leader such as Madam Mu. To be successful is to look into all direction. From building infrastructures to human services. Making sure that every's needs are met. Khmer country is very rich in its resources and if all leaders cooperate well, in no time, we can be very rich. Our resources are; water, rubbers, oils, gold, diamon, rices, fish, vegetable, fruits and a hold lots more.

So, to be smart is to work together as a team. It doesn't matter who they are or where they came from as long as they are educated and smart enough to help building up our economy. Hun Sen needs to migrate more skilled immigrants from across the glob to help him to speed up in the community development system process.

Remember this no outsiders would want you to be better than them but together we can strenghten our way of life where no one can look down on us and off course we can do better when we are together. The word 'manipulation' is a thing of the pass. So Madam Mu is an educated person is able to deliver all that. Madam has the knowledge of human right, dignity and social justice.

My beloved Aust!

I think therefore I undoubtedly believed that SenVarman can't collaberately team up with Mu Sochua, because he has an uncountable PhDs and is an universally academical and poliSickal man.

How could he simply work with an illiterate woman?
He ain't exclusively knew the definition of the word,
"Khmer"!

Aust,

You must be a young man with so much naiveté about Cambodian politics that you are trying to give advice to Samdach Hun Sen.

It is not about Cambodia's development that Mr. Hun is in power. It is about himself and his clans first. Second it is about ensuring and building a Hun dynasty so that power can stay in the family. To ensure that he needs to do just well enough so that his challengers in the CPP and outsiders will never have a chance to challenge him.

Don't you think he has already known the facts you are trying to present? Those facts are known by even high school students in Cambodia.

It is not about building Cambodia; it is about building a dysnasty and keep it within the family.
