In Aust, it is illegal for children getting out of school. It is compulsory for them all to be at school from the age of 4-17 and then off to Uni from 17-21. So we should have this system in place too. All children should recieve income support e'g.$100p/week but for khmer currency could be 10 p/week etc. In doing so is to keep children at school but if they do't their money could cut off etc.
We have to tranform our nation as an educated nation!. To do this all leaders must join hand in hand working for the benefit off our nation. No other nations want us to be better but we have to work it out ourselves. Be smarter by using a common goal and common interests. All ideas are significate for improvement and then have a vote for that ideas as to agree or disagree.
No need to be arrogant like 'I am big you are small and I am right and you are wrong' but moving toward the righteous way of life that is having the morality, right and just for all, win/win. Only then we can achieve it all.
