I have said many times already that when the Government is trying to eliminate Opposition leader, is a coup d'Etat. Now a foreign media has painted the same word.
There are many forms of coup d'etat.
1-Coup d'Etat brught in by army agaisnt elected Leaders.
2-Coup d'Etat brought in by ruling party to eliminate opposition leader.
3-Coup d'etat, hwen the ruling party has comitted against National constitution.
But when an opposition leader or a ruling leader ( Prime Minister) are to be challenged by their own party member, is anot a coup d'Etat. It is a Challenge to remove their leader out.
Example, Hun Sen can be challeged by a member of his caucus. If there 50+1 of all ministers have told Hun Sen that his job is up, then he has to move out and his political life is completely finished. They will put him at the back benh and he cannot make any comment at all.
