Yesterday, opposition leader Sam Rainsy said that he will not ask his lawyer to defend him in the defamation and disinformation lawsuit against him. The lawsuit was brought by Hor 5 Hong, the minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, on an event taking place in 2008. The court hearing is scheduled for 05 April. In an email sent yesterday, opposition leader Sam Rainsy said that he will not ask his lawyer to participate in the hearing because it is the same case as in the past, and the case will end up with the same sentence as in the past. Opposition leader Sam Rainsy who currently lives in self-exile in Paris said: “According the law and the justice system, a person could not be sentenced twice for the same case (i.e. no double jeopardy).”

Koh Tral Island must not be forgotten

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 10,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 10,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 10,000 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. The Cambodian army at front line as well as all Cambodian people must rethink again about these issues. Are Cambodian army fighting to protect the Cambodia Nation or protecting a very small group that own big lands, big properties or only protecting a small group but disguising as protecting the Khmer nation?
The Cambodian army at front lines suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition and their families have no health care assistance, no securities after they died but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning system with message from young girls, have first class medical care from oversea medical treatments, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make the Cambodian people suffer everyday.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 10,000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?

There are :

- Former KR learders/Army
- Former Lon Nol Ministers/Army
- Former Sihanouk Minister
- And some leaders from the Thai/Cambodia border resistant during the 80's.
You can't find any more united Gov. than this !!!!!!
This Gov. include every factions in it.

If he promises to the poor that
" If I get elected, You'll make $100/Day instead of $2/day". That will be misleading to the people !!!!

there isn't any legal proceeding as of "double jeopardy" in the countries like the uk, us, france, canada, australia, etc. But in Cambodia, they are sure have it. And if they have one, they will make up one, just to suit for them!
Sam Rainsy would have no other way around them. The only chance he would have, would be depending on the people. But the people can't do anything about it because they also, have been suppressed.
Everything the Phnom Penh govt has been doing because of the friendly and cooperating with Vietnam.
Need to get rid of Hor Nam Bong because he is too weak and old, not being able to handle the Border cases between Cambodia and Thailand. He is also communist CPP Yuon that serves Vietnam Hanoi and under Hun Sen, a Youn's dog.
It is a shame to have this old idiot wHore Num Bong to lead Cambodia under the Vietcong Communist Hanoi's way and he had damage the images of Cambodia in the world.
Please, Khmer/Cambodia people, do something to protest against the Vietnam Communist Hanoi bastards who order Hun Sen and CPP Yuon members (like wHore Num Bong) to destroy the country and people of Cambodia.
CAMBODIA PEOPLES NEED STAND UP FOR THE FREEDOM AND SET UP THE NEW LAW MAKE SURE NO LONG TERM DICTATORESHIP. TWO TERM ONLY, FIVE YEARS EACH TERM.
No need for Sam Rainsy to argue with Hor 5 Hong who is the slave of Vietnam. No matter what argument Sam Rainsy has, he will lose in the Crony Cambodian Court.
Please notice that there are Approximately 5 Millions Illegal Vietnamese Immigrants in Cambodia nowadays. Vietnam encroached thousands of squares kilometers in the eastern Cambodian Border and many thousands of square kilometers in the Maritime Territory including Kah Tral and others islands.
We must support Sam Rainsy, because he is the only Cambodian Patriot who dares to confront the vietnamese and Thai encroachment of Cambodian Territory and let the world know that we are the victime of these two Imperialist Nations.
