KHMER People Power (KPP)
Khmer people must be thinking a long term solutions for CAMBODIA. The Vietnamese never helped CAMBODIA since the first Century. The Vietnamese always took an opportunities to weaken and used the Khmer Krazy Kings to broke them self apart, so the Khmer people are powerless and unable to reclaim the Khmer Krom land and unable to protecting CAMBODIA from the Vietnamese expansionism.
Vietnamese using Hun Sen and Khmer people to fight Thai, so Khmer people will have no strength, men power, money, supplies, and etc. to protecting their motherland CAMBODIA from the Vietnamese expansion. All Hun Sen's troops are trained and supplied by the Vietnamese Government. This is why Hun Sen don't bother to protect the Cambodia-Vietnam border according to the French Bonne Map of 1954. The Vietnamese Government also changed the Cambodian History and Geographic in the Cambodian textbooks for the Public Schools in CAMBODIA.
Hun Sen cannot even protected Angkor Wat temples inside CAMBODIA from the Vietnamese took over. Angkor Wat owned by the Vietnamese tycoon Sok Kong and owner of Sokimex oil company operated in CAMBODIA. Most of the big buildings, structures, companies, land, farms, parks, forests, etc. in CAMBODIA are sold by Hun Sen to foreigners. Khmer people only sight seeing and 70% of Khmer people living below poverty line are living in slums and like hell. While all the Vietnamese in CAMBODIA are living like haven.
Hun Sen is most careless and stupid Prime Minister on earth for oppressing, forced evictions and killing his own people. Hun Sen wasted hundreds of millions US dollars and Khmer bloods for Preah Vihear temple (4.5 sq. km) conflicted with Thai and ignored the Vietnamese take over CAMBODIA (181,000 sq. km).
Now which country is taking over CAMBODIA? Vietnamese or Thai?
Why Khmer people are so stupid by trusting and supporting the Vietnamese puppet HUN SEN on Preah Vihear temple conflicted?
How many Khmer people can live in Preah Vihear temple? After CAMBODIA is fully control by the Vietnamese Government liked Khmer Krom.
Every Vietnamese I known said Cambodian are stupid people by killing each others and we got a free land. What is your comments since the Cambodian government is controlling by the Vietnamese government. I kept quiet and cried after 10 years of studying Southeast Asian History came to an ended of the KHMER era liked KAMPUCHEA KROM (is irreversible like people infected by HIV 6 months later became a full blown AIDS) under Hun Sen's government. All the Vietnamese was trained and prepared by their government to take over CAMBODIA acting like tourists but never going back to Vietnam.
Khmer people needed People Power inside CAMBODIA, Khmer oversea, and United Nations in order to protect CAMBODIA from the Vietnamese expansion. Khmer people power must take back the power from Hun Sen and stop allowing him controlling and treating Khmer people like human wastes. Every governments in every country is running by people power, the President or Prime Minister alone cannot run the country without people.
The Vietnamese agendas are to kill all the Khmer population in Indochina from Khmer Krom to Khmer Surin. The Preah Vihear temple conflict will never be ending, because the Vietnamese will be pressing Hun Sen harder to get more land from Thai. But Thai will never give anything to any country and no country ever control Thailand since Independence in 1200's until now. Hun Sen is playing a very deadly game on the Khmer population by confronting and troops build-up on the Cambodan-Thai border is like fighting a tiger with beared hand. The Cambodian troops will have a short life and short term on the border because of starvation, diseases, low salary, problems at home, antique weapons, and etc.
THE END OF THE KHMER ERA IS VERY SOON, UNLESS NO MORE VIETNAMESE puppet HUN SEN.

The Nuon Chea Khmer rouge are dead but the Hun Sen Khmer Rouge are alive and and profitable on the suffering of innocent Khmer people. Someone must do something about it.
Thai do not live in Cambodia, therefore do not produce offspring in Khmer land. But Viet are spreading like water hyacin-jawhk- they will take more land than 4.6 km around Preah Vihea temple.

Hun sen he so strong that what real leader characteristict is, Rainsy too much emotional and weak he was an elite spoided kid, he have no toughness to lead. man with emotion mean he not put up all strength and effort yet, all company should looke out and very early find out those emotional weakness employee, get them out befor they destroy your company, one bad cell could spread weakness faster than productive toughness worker. mike

Also I would like to tell you that I am not a Lon Nol Supporter but a 24 Hour Soldier of Khmer Republic. In that period, we had to fight with the Vietcong-North Vietnamese Forces and with the KR Forces of Ah Kboth Cheat Norodom Sihanouk. You can not blame all of the corruption and incompetency on Lon Nol in the war time against very big enemies even American Forces lost the war to the VC and North Vietnamese.

24 hours soldier,it means a soldier at battlefield or frontline against the enemy especially away from home and family.

I forgot to answer your question «Before UN came or after?». My answer is: «After UNTAC», because before
UNTAC the Vietnamese troops in Cambodia were more than 280,000. There were no International Monitoring
of theVietnamese Troops Withdrawal from September 9, 1989. That is the reason why I suggested in my article for Hun Sen's Government to bring the present Khmer-Siam conflict to the UNSC and to the Paris Conference to clear things out. We have to make sure that our entire border was internationally recognized and our country was completely liberated from the Vietnamese colonization.

«24 Hour Soldier of Khmer Republic» are the soldiers that the Khmer Republic recruited during an emergency in the first 24 hours after the VC and North Vietnamese invaded Cambodia starting from March 19, 1970 in order to increase our forces from 35,000 to 150,000 to defend our nation. I was a young student who just finished High School. I did not claim to be a nationalist but I was sacrifying my life back then for my beloved country.
