RESOLUTION BY THE INTER-PARLIAMENTARY UNION (IPU) ON THE CASE OF SAM RAINSY
On 20 April 2011, in Panama City, the Governing Council of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) was submitted a Resolution by the Committee on the Human Rights of Parliamentarians, in which there is the following sentence:
"[The Governing Council of the Inter-Parliamentary Union] considers that it is becoming even more urgent to review Mr. Sam Rainsy’s case and to rehabilitate him, and calls on the authorities, including Parliament, to take action to this end without delay so as to enable Mr. Sam Rainsy to resume his rightful place as a member of the National Assembly and to stand as a candidate in the next parliamentary elections."

Cambodia has internal poverty problem that is the business of Samdach, so International community need not to interfere.

If you love your Samdach, do not spell his titlle as such. Samdach rhimes with -ach which meas stool, poop, dung, excrement, shit, or human waste. The correct customary spelling is Samdech. Anyway, I like it spelled Samdach because his reputation smells like ach.

The Nation
One Thai soldier and one civilian were killed and 11 troops wounded in a new round of border fighting between Thai and Cambodian forces throughout Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, three Thai villagers based in Surin's Phanom Dong Rak district have been arrested for allegedly providing target coordinates for Cambodia's rocket attacks as well as food and supplies to Cambodian soldiers.
Sanat Phimkao, a former village head, has been released due to insufficient evidence but as of last night, Khamphan Wongsa and Sermsuk Phochaile were still being detained by police for further questioning.
The arrests came after the military received information allegedly indicating they had shopped for supplies and food and delivered them to Cambodian soldiers.
The military was also suspicious because rockets from BM21 multiple launchers were landing frequently in Nong Khan Na village. Police found in their mobile phones a large number of numbers with area codes in Cambodia.
