Anonymous said...: There more problems for people who are living in Banteay Srey than what the letter described. They can't even build a cage to raise pigs or chicken. There is one private company who want to install an electrical group so people can have access to electricity, but APSARA say no ground digging for the poles. People in Banteay Srey seems to live in a very strange world under very strick APSARA authority. The strict rule is nothing but to get bribe befor they can do any thing. Everybody is awared of APSARA corruption.Life seems to be impossible for the people of Banteay Srey under LORD APSARA.; 11:19 PM
