Stray dog in Phnom Penh (Photo: The Phnom Penh Post) |

Don’t think that this former Khmer Rouge military commander, Hun Sen, who fled his country to render service to the Vietnamese to fulfill Ho Chi Minh’s dream of an Indochinese Federation under Hanoi, has been sleeping well lately. Have you noticed he has been irritable?
The Middle Eastern uprisings have kept him looking over his shoulders so much that maybe he wished he had more sons like Hun Manet, unfortunately slow to become a Field Marshal, to keep extra eyes on the so many general officers of the RCAF who might dream it’s possible to unleash a Khmer Arab spring: If those guys in the Middle East could send dictators packing, why can’t the same thing be done in Cambodia?
Sok, a Khmer-American banker, and his newly wed wife, Nary, a restaurateur, from New York, learned in Phnom Penh that Hun Sen was not kidding when he declared recently in a public speech that he would “close the door and beat the dog”. Did you see Dr. Lao Monghay in Phnom Penh?
Their old friend, Sophal, with government connection, swears on his honor that, unless Hanoi intervenes for some reasons, royal decrees are in the pipeline making it illegal to grow and sell jasmine flowers in Phnom Penh, and making domesticated dogs “stray dogs” to be caged, if they don’t have red collars with HS Inc. inscription – after all, didn’t the royal decree make Thaksin, a Thai political fugitive, an advisor to Hun Sen, and a Khmer national?
Good grief, Sam Rainsy couldn’t even get the Khmer King to “pardon” him so he can return to his native land from self-exile in Paris while millions of Vietnamese illegals lived on Khmer soil and voted in communal and general elections; and Mu Sochua, an elected Khmer legislator, is denied parliamentary immunity?
Some friends of Sok’s and Nary’s in Phnom Penh told both expatriates visiting Cambodia recently to be conscious that by having their U.S. passports stamped by Sen’s authorities at Phnom Penh International Airport, Sok and Nary in fact recognized the Hun Sen regime as a legitimate regime – a regime that violates citizens’ rights and national and international laws!
And soon you will hear that Khmer women may frequent the Mekong River more often because it’s never a good thing to be more “white” than Chumteav Thom.

When he went to California,I asked him," Sir,have ever supported Sam Rainsy Party?
The answer was,"we sat next to Sam Rainsy members,we whispered to them".
I couldn't believe my ears, not standing up and speaking up to support Sam Rainsy party.
The last few months,he went to visit California again, but I did not show my face.
Bye!Bye!Bye! Kem Sokha.
If you had lost your pet dog or cat, you may find it here
Why Kem Sokha needs to support SR?
Do you know Kem Sokha wants to be prime minister himself. He told his supporter in Srok Khmer that he will be the next prime minister of Cambodia.
I used to be with this guy most everywhere in Cambodia but I noticed this guy is not an honest guy. He brags a lot about himself. He even cheated his staff for little money.
I heard from one of my friend who has a close tie to HS that Kem Sokha will be in court for a serious matter in 2012. Date and time have been calculated well to bring Kem Sokha down.
