In Cambodia, no body ever take their responsibility ---- it is always somebody else. Event now, all misfortune in Cambodian are cost by foreigners! When will Cambodian take responsibility of their poor country and human rights abuse??????????????????

Cambodian rather trust foreigners than Cambodian people themselves. It starts with King father -- just look at his body guard -- who are they -- even king father couldn't even trust Khmer people?

Are Cambodian people are not a kind of people to be trust at all? How one begain to trust? This is the greatest deficite for Khmer nation!

One can trust by making oneself to be trust able...keep and honoring one's word is the begaining of trust! In order to honor others, one has to honors oneself first!! So start with each of us. Each of us has a responsibility to oneself before one can has responsibility to others, to community, and to one's nation!!
