If you are not that rich and only make it from month to month and are able to save only a little bit, then you should ask yourselve why you cannot beat other races who live in your current country when it comes to making money.
You look down on Cambodia for not having the modern airplane, you should look at yourself in the mirror also and ask why you are not doing much better than Cambodia.

Hun sen regime is extremely currupted that is why Royal Cambodia Army has have no weapons and shells to fire back at Thai army.
There are more big mansions and expensive cars belong to elite in Hun Sen Government than any country in the world but the armies are so poor that the wounded soldiers are being transported by the pick up trucks, that' s why the Thai commanders make fun of Cambodian air force, not sacrava.
Good jet fighters, more are ordered and it the way directly from Hanoi.
