Surprise surprise to see Son Chhay prayed in front of Angkor Wat temple. Actually, he should go to Siem Reap more often rather than hided himself in air conditioning in Phnom Penh. Despite Siem Reap is his place of birth, but Son Chhay doesn't want to be MP of Siem Reap province because he is afraid people come to ask for helping too much which caused his money (sic). That is what he told his friends in Adelaide, his hometown in Australia.
And you know this because you are his friend? Good job!
the birds should not be in the cage in the first place. It is not good to catch the bird, place in the cage, and then let them lose for a better merit. There are some person walking around with cage full of birds in front of Royal Palace who aggressively want you to pay him to release the birds to have a good fortune in this and future life. Being a Buddhist, as many our Khmer are, those birds should not be in the cage. Should not allow anyone to have catch the bird put in the cage. They are stressful, they afraid just like us not to be in jail or cage!
The solo man is lonely. Does he pray for the return of his president?

mr son chay good on you for upholding the khmer tradition so dearly.if you have any concience at all please don't buy the caged birds and free them. how many times are these birds repeatedly caught,bought,and freed just for this socalled good deed.these birds are already free without human interfere their freedom. to me it not a good look. happy khmer new year mr son chay and to srp.
When Mr. Son Chhay was MP of Siem Reap province, he couldn't realise on his salary to help the people in his electorate, but he got some money from CPP because at that time, he was also a spy for the CPP. When the CPP has no longer need him as its spy, Son Chhay can't use his salary to help people in Siem Reap at all, otherwise, he won't have money to pay the airfare to visit his family in Australia. So, he has to move to Phnom Penh. Good on you Mr. Son Chhay.
