Gia Lai province builds training school in Cambodia

The Gia Lai Province authorities have helped to build a vocational training school in Preah Vihear Province in Cambodia.
Gia Lai Province donated US$350,000 to build the training school along with the participation of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
The Gia Lai-Preah Vihear School is located in Phum Thorm Cheat in Chorm Ksan district. The school built in 8 months on an area of 540 square meters, includes a two-story building, six theory rooms, three practice rooms, labs and an internet room.
It will provide short-term and medium-term skill training in repairing small machinery, radios, tape-recorders, TV sets and wood processing items for souvenirs as well as provide practical training in vegetable growing and fish breeding.
150 students have already enrolled in its first course.

The Gia Lai school serves more purposes for the Yuon than anyone of us could know. Youn is deploying this tactic to spread its influence. The officials like Sok An, Hor Nam Hong, and Var Kim Hong, etc, might not mind this Youn's effort at all because they do not have the interest of the Khmer poor at heart but rather their own billions of dollars worth of wealth.

In the same token, Khmer cannot kick out the VN once they already established. Lon Nol removed VN once, but they came back and more. It is very hard for Khmer people to trust the Vietcong-Yuon leaders and people of Vietcong because of the long and bad experiences and history that Khmer-Cambodian people have ever had until today. Khmer people trust Yuon-Vietcong leaders and folks when it comes to money because almost 99% of Khmer-Cambodian people are still very poor (earning less than $2 a day) under the traitors, Hun Sen and CPP Yuon leaders (including their masters from Communist Hanoi, Vietnam).
Since Vietcong-Yuon leaders and folks played the politics and tricks to Khmer-Cambodian leaders and people, we Khmer people hardly trust them (Yuon-Vietcong). What have you seen the situation in Cambodia lately?
Since illegal Vietnamese people living in Cambodia have done illegally such as overfishing and polluting the water in Tonle Sap and Mekong, and they live almost everywhere freely without the paperwork and registration. When we stopped illegal Yuon/Vietnamese residents attacking and beating and took advantages of Cambodian without permission or doing something illegally, then do you think that it is OK for them call Khmer people, Authority and police/officers racists?
You need to be reason. Yes, we welcomed neighbors from Thailand and Vietnam (I don't see Laos living in Cambodia either). My question, what are Vietnamese CPP leaders and Vietnamese (Yuon) doing to hurt Khmer people or daring to do something bad in Cambodia without respecting to Cambodian.
