IMPLICATIONS OF FRENCH SUPREME COURT’S DECISION ON HOR NAMHONG’S CASE FOR THE KHMER ROUGE TRIBUNAL AND CAMBODIA’S DIPLOMACY
In a recent radio-broadcast interview, opposition leader Sam Rainsy elaborated on the decision by the French Supreme Court related to the most recent defamation lawsuit filed by Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong in Paris. There have been a series of similar defamation lawsuits initiated by Mr. Hor Namhong against his political opponents before the French tribunal.
Twenty years ago, on 23 January 1991, Mr. Hor Namhong won such a lawsuit against former King Norodom Sihanouk. But in 2011 he finally and definitely lost his lawsuit against Sam Rainsy.
How the controversial past of Mr. Hor Namhong would affect the ongoing work of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal in Phnom Penh? Will more light be shed by the Tribunal on Mr. Hor Namhong and other CPP leaders’ association with the Pol Pot regime? Could Mr. Hor Namhong decently continue to represent Cambodia in vital negotiations with neighboring countries? Has Mr. Hor Namhong become a dangerous liability for Cambodia?

You are completely wrong and plainly stupid. So, Hun Sen and Vietnamese agents have a lot of blood of innocent in his hands and Vietcong's hands.
It was the opportunity for Hun Sen and Vietnam to cheat by invading Cambodian at the end of 1978 after the Vietnamese ( fake Khmer Rouges) secret agents were caught in the eyes of the innocent Cambodian escapees to the West because the Vietnamese armies were the most killers in the Killing Fields. Also, Vietcong Communist leaders and Khmer (Vietcong) Rouges Cadres from Hanoi did not want the world or UN find out they are the killers. That was why Vietcong secret agents from Hanoi and Hun Sen were in an hurry to invade Cambodia very easily in two weeks before Pol Pot, Pol Pot's comrades and Killing Fields survivors who escaped to the West and reported to the U.S. embassies in Bangkok or foreign journalist to their attentions regarding the killers of Vietcong communist in Killing Fields from 1975 to 1978.
Pol Pot was toppled by secret Communist Vietnamese agents when the real Khmer Rouges troops were so busy to fight with Southern Vietnam to get the Khmer Krom back. The Western Journalists were with Pol Pot until 1978. One British journalist and one of Pol Pot's real Khmer Rouges bodyguards were shot to death after American Journalists found out. Pol Pot escaped to the West along with his comrades by the time Vietnamese Invasion into Cambodia was occurred by the end of 1978.
Pol Pot was dumb and stupid. He should not created the Khmer Rouges and then helped Vietnamese troops to fight against American troops and Lon Nol troops during the Vietnam War. Pol Pot had been used by Communist Vietnamese masters in Hanoi. Later, Communist masters in Hanoi and Vietnamese troops hiding among Khmer Rouges betrayed Pol Pot and Pol Pot's inner circles or comrades.
You (6:44 aM) can see that Vietnamese Communist bastards and bitches were the major players in the war crimes and committed the criminals by inventing the massive graves of murdering innocent Khmer people.
The telecommunications and communications had been cut off by secret Vietcong agents (who could speak and write Khmer languages very well with a broken Khmer speech). Therefore, Cambodia has been dismantled from the world. The people around the world did not know what was going on in Cambodia between 1975 and 1979.
Innocent Khmer people were so weak and helpless during the Killing Fields. You are one of the Khmer Rouges cadre coming from Communist Hanoi.
Why should we as Khmer people thank Hun Sen to save our lives from the killing fields. Why has Hun Sen still misled Cambodia and destroyed Cambodia and served his Communist masters in Hanoi and CPP Yuon members from Hanoi?
