A LAUGHABLE KANGAROO COURT WITH ILLITERATE JUDGES
OBEYING TO A STALINIST GOVERNMENT
Today the Phnom Penh Appeal Court postponed its awaited decision related to a ten-year imprisonment sentence handed down to me on September 23, 2010 for “forgery of a public document.”The accusation against me is related to a French-era 1:100,000 map posted on the Sam Rainsy Party website which allegedly has an “unusual” grid on it (see Map # 4 at http://tinyurl.com/yeaoxyf). The Hun Sen government accuses me of adding the grid to the original map, therefore “falsifying” the document. They point to the grid by using the French word "carreaux" while the technical term in both English and French is UTM graticule.
Some CPP-affiliated judges seem to be as illiterate as some Hun Sen government “experts.”
Actually, I used and published both French-made maps and US-made maps to show that they corroborate one another regarding border delimitation between Cambodia and Vietnam.
Cambodian judges and government “experts” should read this explanation by Colonel Edward G. Anderson, Jr. of Corp of Engineers, United States Army (excerpt from "Mapping in Southeast Asia", in The Military Engineers, March-April 1969, page 232): "You would notice the Minutes mention the use of UTM (grid) on 1:100,000 French-made maps. The UTM (standard military grid) with marginal data in English was overprinted on the French maps by the US Army since outbreak of WW II. NATO, France included, adopted UTM grid after 1945."
Mr. Var Kim Hong, the head of government border “experts” did not get the point when he claimed in his accusation against me at a February 22, 2010 press conference, “The French are ignorant of UTM grid (map making).” Actually, it is Mr. Var Kim Hong and his CPP colleagues who are ignorant of elementary graph and map techniques.

Koh Tral Island must not be forgotten

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 30,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 30,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 30,000 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. The Cambodian army at front line as well as all Cambodian people must rethink again about these issues. Are Cambodian army fighting to protect the Cambodia Nation or protecting a very small group that own big lands, big properties or only protecting a small group but disguising as protecting the Khmer nation?
The Cambodian army at front lines suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition and their families have no health care assistance, no securities after they died but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning system with message from young girls, have first class medical care from oversea medical treatments, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make the Cambodian people suffer every day.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 30,000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?
Koh Tral was a Cambodian island, and technically and legally, remained a Cambodian island until today.

Cambodia does not have border with Vietnam, but Vietnam does, that is why million Vietnamese can just walk into Cambodia without passports.
By the way, the woman claimed herself smart Khmer girl Ms Rattana Keo does not know or learn the history properly, you should not believe her for saying Koh Troll loss to the Vietnamese because of treaty 1979-1985. Koh Troll loss during Sihanouk time at the international court.
Treaty 1979-1985 loss we have no clear map produced by Hun Sen and his loser group, but we can remember during Rainsy went to help our people whose farms were taken by the invaders.
Why are you talking about this stupid Sam rainsy, He know these goverment are all law breaker than he let himself get in trouble. If he rally want to help he have to out smart them and it not very hard to out smart them at all.

If we overthrown the HUN Sen and it government today. I would take all his wealth including family wealth and any corrupted official money to built fences around the boarder to Vietnam and Thailand. How about that Khmer people?

The business about eastern border is the business of Khmer people. Don't trust those monkeys like sva kim hong to handle it. Khmer people must help SRP to get this through so we can stop land enchroaching by sva kim hong's master.
SRP needs an expert on border issue to publish book and share common sense about the border issue with Cambodian people.

Mr. Sam Rainsy, you are a real fighter. You wouldn’t give up the fight even though you are up against the Hun Sen dictator. A looser would have given up the fight easily. You have shown how corrupted and incompetent Hun Sen is. You might loose the fight at the end but that is worth to fight for Cambodia. At lease you would not bow down like the looser.
If khmer government agreed with the viet with the wiet's map .why could it agreed with the siam 's map
