CHAPTER XIV: THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
Article 148- New (Previously Article 129):
The National Congress shall meet once a year in early December at the convocation of the Prime Minister.
It shall proceed under the chairmanship of the King.

Let's we remember the guy that always talk in Funcinpec Radio about Vietnam take Cambodia lands. His name is..., He was shoot three bullets into his chest but not die at that time but during the coup 1997, he and his families were murdered by Hun Sen and CPP vietnam slave.
Would you please KI media honor him. He was a khmer patriot who always talk about Vietnam invade Cambodia during his life time before the coup 1997.
