I understand what this means but not how it relates to the ECCC.
Are the justices supposed to break the law in order to serve justice?
I think the person who was writing this lacks basic knowledge of law and history. Sounds a lot like Theary Seng.
Never forget that American has killed 55 million unborn children in the name of "human right" and is legal.
More can be said what is illegal are made legal by laws inacted not just what Hitler did.
During WW II there was no Israel to expel Jews to a land of their own.
So the NAZI killed them.
The Yuon have their own country.
The Yuon in Cambodia is much like the Jews. Get rid of them all, expel them back to where they come from and it's LEGAL!!!
Apparently you guys have no idea who Hitler was and what he did so you are not qualified to talk about law and justice.
