Ieng Sary should politely invite HNH to the court too as HNH is his subordinate during KR time. Ieng Sary has known HNH clearly. Dont forget to invite him. He would be angry if not invited. He has a big share in KR regime. Controling the camp for diplomats persuading from abroad.
