The Vietnamese-invested Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia (BIDC) and Cambo Pay Company on June 24 officially launched a new service venture – SMS Banking – in Cambodia.

Vu Thinh Cuong, commercial counsellor at the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia , BIDC Director General Nguyen Van Hien and Cambo Pay Chairman Tran Tri Manh attended the launch ceremony.

The opening of SMS Banking services tapped a business trend compatible with the Cambodian market, home to some 6.5 million mobile subscribers out of a 14-million population, Manh said, noting that most subscribers also had bank accounts.

Through the BIDC system, customers can gain access to bank services such as checking trade balances, transaction history and forex rates and transferring money at anytime and anywhere by sending messages to fixed numbers, he said.

BIDC, a branch of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), was formed in September, 2009, is the second-largest bank in term of charter capital in Cambodia and was among top five banks in the country with the largest asset and credit loans.

I'm sick and tired of hearing this kind of shit. Hun Sen and CPP are fucking up Cambodia and fucking the Cambodians over. How much more does it take for Khmer people to kick idiot Hun Sen and his gangs out of Cambodia?

It is very terrible to have Vietnamese companies based in Khmer land. Never trust Vietnamese/Yuon evil businessmen. They are like, we Yuon take 2/3 and the rest is for you Khmer. Bullshit business they negotiate in the lawless Vietnam Communist country.

Before Hun Sen and CPP are over, Cambodia will be Viet's land just like the Spratly and Paracel Islands. First they send in the prisoners and destitutes then say it's theirs.

A lot of blogger have known that
Hun Sen is an evil guy in Cambodia.
How to take him out of power?
How to organize everyone to get out
to protest on the streets?
-The responsibility to protest.
-The communication.
-The accomplishment of duties.
-Leadership of the protest.
-Management of the protest.
-And duties.
The lack of communication and unity
can't make the protest at all.

i don't think you can solve issue with violence in cambodia. from my experience, people who take law into their own hands always lose! you have to use some psychology and use whatever nonviolent method you can to win the heart and mind of the people and country to have any influence in that country. that's what khmer people should learn, not violence, ok! otherwise, you are not smart, wise or bright, really! this doesn't mean kiss asses, either, it's just people do to survive and win influence, etc... use it, it is very effective in getting what you want in life, really! remember we are all people, and people have feeling, you know, so there's the clue, ok! stop being stupid by now, ok!

12:13 AM,

You are the same person everywhere when you put your comments. You are flip-flopped! Sometimes, you are talked like communist, sometimes, you talked like a nice guy (Yuon), and sometimes you talked like oh really! ok!, though!,...blah blah, blah, so boring. You need to go somewhere else to put your comments yourself to let the Yuon ghosts read yours.
