i can see why most khmer people do not want or like viet/youn businesses, etc in cambodia. one reason is obvious! the viet/youn promote their own identity and everything vietnam without regards to local cultural sensitivity, local khmer identity, etc, etc... viet/youn, even in america, they promote their own viet/youn identity, etc. this is why cambodia do not trust viet/youn doing business in cambodia, etc. the viet/youn has no manner and not sensitive to local khmer feeling and culture, and khmer identity, etc... i think the viet/youn is doing to to any country they live in, even in america, everywhere, not just in cambodia.

I don't support SRP nor did I support CPP. In fact, I hate SRP when it used individual name to be their party name. I hate it when, as politician, SRP leader run away like chicken instead of staying in the country to face the problem. In terms of wealth SRP cannot be compared to CPP, specifically Hun Sen. As such, I don't think SRP can afford paid agents to propagandize their party. On the contrary, Hun Sen can afford it since he is the richest man in the country. Only Hun Sen's agents agreed that Cambodia, under the leadership of Hun Sen, is a kingdom of wonder. Hun Sen barks everyday and so do his agents.

Well, I hate to say this, but I am going to say it anyway!
You can blame the Vietnamese all you want about courtesy, politeness, consideration and so on..., but the reality is the consumers have the power and they should use it.
If Cambodians don't buy and don't use the services or whatever this company provides then the company will close its operation in Cambodia sooner or later and you don't have to urge the government to close it down since the CPP won't do it anyway.
For those die-hard anti-Vietnamese and anti-Thai who live outside Cambodia, let me challenge you to one simple thing: boycott all products made in Vietnam and Thailand and if you can't do it, look at yourselve in the mirror and say this to the face shown in the mirror: You are certainly a hypocrite!

Vietname will always be in SE Asia and right next to Cambodia and that is the fact that cannot be changed so being hostile to them is not going to help Cambodia, Cambodians need to rise above this hatred and prejudice so that they can be united and able to formulate strategies and build strength to compete not only with the Vietnamese, but anyone in this world and that is the only way to change Cambodia and prevent further loss of territorial integritiy.
Changes are needed most among Cambodians inside Cambodia, much more than anything else. Lotus or Jasmine revolution will only bring bloodshed and instability and allows the Vietnamese even more opportunity to hold firmer grip on the CPP and even though some CPP may want to get away from the Vietnamese grip, they wouldn't be able to do it.

Just only a few things noted: Valentine day(Cambodia never had this before). Dollar is main and widely use currency of debt exchange in Cambodia. 80% approved grant projects and operational capital funds are foreign owned.

I am wondering how people come up with the number of Vietnamese and their soldiers in Cambodia.
Millions here and millions there, 100, 000 soldiers or so.
What is so magic about this 100, 000 number when it comes to the number of Vietnamese soldiers in Cambodia? Why would Vietnam know that having 100, 000 soldiers and not more or less will be enough to control the CPP government and Cambodian activists?
For people who claim with this number, they usually live outside Cambodia and certainly sit behind their computers on a daily basis to write comments here with those statistics.
They are certainly a statitician without having taken even one real course in statistics!
