We all need to go meet in Paris to have peace & agreement.

HE Gareth Evans(Signatory of the PPA on Cambodia of October 23,1991,representing Australia) and Mr Michael Kirby(ex High Court Judge & ex 1st UN Human Rights rep.in Cambodia will be among the panels in this seminar.
Hun Xen's Government & Yuon Hanoi never want to see this happen that will be related to Paris Peace Agreement.

The KMS of Madame Chak Sakhon and The CFC of Monsieur Seng Pen Sès were drowned by the king Sihanouk a few years ago because they had supported the king as the president of committy border and wanted to ride elephant with the king to control the border meter by meter.Now Monsieur Bun Heang Ung wants to ride the Donkey to support KMS.
Khmer Krom is fine as it is. These people are happy where they are. There's no need for change. And forget about "reclaiming" this part of the country as Cambodia, because Khmer Krom has ALWAYS been a part of Vietnam.
And, yes, you can tell Ah puok refugees Keo Chan and Ah Dr. Chang to forget about the petition. These two individuals are ancessantly and abashedly using the Hampton Buddhist temple ground as a launch pad to have Ah refugees to petition in an effort to reclaim Khmer Krom. FORGET IT! THE CHANCES ARE LESS THAN ZERO (0).
