Not all Khmer peoples are dirty. I have been to Thailand,Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia,Malaysia,etc.Some place are very dirty than Khmer.

Look at the trash...oh my God. Why they can't see that? What make they think it is OK to trash the street? I don't understand!
Who you think is to blame? I personally put the blame on the head of Health ministry that I think should be removed from office for lack of vision as well as creation of rules and regulations to keep the city clean for public and the beauty of the entire city.
Stupid! every where like that in time og vestival or guardering of nob! City will cleane it afterfard!

Don't worry about us Khmer, you can say what ever you want, but we are proud to be Khmer and jungle monkey. We still honest people and don't steal the other people culture and identity.
We know, who you are. You should better look yourself on front of a mirror. You will see, how you look like.

Nobody cares about Cambodia anymore since its culture, beauty and country is unknown to the rest of the world. Thailand has absorbed all of Khmer culture and presented it at Miss.Universe and does a good job at promoting Thai culture, country and beauty. While us lame Khmer's just sit on our lazy ass and rot and soon become extinct and no one would care if Thai and viet invaded all of Cambodia and they would be like Cambodia who? Either Cambodia joins Miss.Universe and be known or become extinct forever. Our Khmer ancestors must be ashamed and embarrassed at us lame Khmer's descendent by not doing a damn thing to promote our Khmer culture and evolve it. No wonder Thai culture, Thai food and anything Thai is popular due to Khmer's being so lame at everything!!!

These people have no business nearly by this examination areas or buildings. This is a systematic corruption in the Cambodian Department of Education to get bribe money, so their bosses and teachers can line up their pockets annually. No wonder Cambodian students are so illiterate after years in school and know no different between right and wrong never mind earning their merit.
We as Khmer students, we should treat our place of knowledge, educations as a sacred place, and not to litter in this way.
Who or which companies want to hire us if they know that this is what will happen to their companies if they hire us?
Most Khmers are just too irresponsible because of the lack of accountability and the impunity. They only think about " what can I get and who to blame today" rather than " what can I help my country." Why are they behaving that way? I would think Khmer Rouge has done a good job in killing all the intellectuals and left us a few generations of these people. And yes, I'm not any better than these people. When opportunity arrives, I would throw my trash away on the street too. In another note, I think the government should abolish this examination already. It's old system and useless. They need to raise the teaching standard and let students take high school exit exam only.
The very place that supposed to teach Cambodian children how to do the right things are teaching the wrong things. Now these kids going to grow up corrupt themselves. Another generation lost for Cambodia.
Thai and viet are good at selling pussy to make money.
