" Tumpaing Snorng Russey Day"
Meaning: They use these words because the Khmer Krom leaders wants to give the young generation an opportunity and a chance to involves or help their people and Khmer Krom and Khmer civil society. It's time to change and the change is to build-up the young generation like the western countries, only the Khmer Krom and Khmer young generation can continuing to carry on...etc!
TIME to CHANGE and working together if we want to win, win situation for these day!
