if a person is really disabled and handicapped, i have more sympathy for them even if they beg on the street as there are no social services or human services to help people who are maimed, disabled, handicapped, etc; however, it is the fake one, the one that encouraged or used their small children and babies to beg is the one i have real issue with, you know! cambodia and NGOs out there should put together a national program to help the real disabled and real handicapped people so they can get help or assistance or some kind of training, etc to help them to help themselves, really! that's called making a real, lasting difference for society and those who are borned handicapped or disabled by landmine, traffic accident, etc, etc, you know! is there any NGO program like that to give them assistance or help them in some way? if not, i hope they start one soon! god bless all.
