In other word, what the fat guy (ADB) trying to say is: I don't care how you do it, just get it done! If I don't see it, I'm assuming that it's fine. This guy is full of it. The reporter ask why is the water that were suppose to provide for the local by ADB wasn't sanitized? His answer was: "It should be!"
This fat guy doesn't care for the people? His main concern is to get this project moving forward so ADB can quickly benefit from it.
I am so disgusted about this vid and I refuse to call him by his real name.

Yes. I am disgusted by this the response of this man. As an Australian, this is very degrading and inhumane. I thought we Australians are better then the ignorants CPPs, least, its all about the profit.
