MP Mu Sochua spoke directly to Prime Minister Hun Sen today during a coffee break of the parliament session of the situation of Cambodian domestic workers in Malaysia.
PM Hun Sen acknowledged the problems and the grave impact on the welfare and well being of Cambodian domestic workers in Malaysia. He ordered deputy-prime minister Sok An to inform the minister of Labor to put a stop to the sending of domestic workers to Malaysia.
Sam Rainsy Party MPs are pushing for a review of all mechanisms of monitoring and investigation of employment agencies for the protection of Cambodian migrant workers in all sectors.

This woman must get out of the country. I can't stand to see her face. She thinks she is famouse.
We should congratulation to Prime Minister Hun Sen to suspend sending Khmer women to work as maids in Malaysia. Disgraced Mu Sochua has used her spoke directly to PM as her stunt to promote herself rather than care about Khmer workers.
good move, cambodia!
Srp Mp Mu sochua should be the Next Prime Minister for all Cambodians
many Cambodians lives have been taken away from Cambodia and Thailand from just trying to find work. They have been beaten by Thais and have been shot and dragged by the Vietnamese and the Hun Sen government has done nothing to protect our Khmer lives. They dont care about who dies and who lives. They just care about profit and their own power.
Mp Mu Sochua is brave enough to tell the abuse of those Cambodia migrant workers to that stupid Hunsen. Mu Sochau concerns all Cambodians. Hopefully that Hunsen would follow Sochau’s advice.
