That is only for the beginning of the process. If these accused ministers and Prime Minister are to declare for their resignition, they will escape from prosecution. If they are still making the threat to UN court and to local municipale court, they will be in hot water. The plaintiffs can sue them at the ICC as they couldn't find their justice at local Cambodian court. At that time, Cambodian around the world would dance for their happiness and they will celebrate worldwide.
