Please receive the Invitation to the Conference on October 23, 2011 from 9:30 to 18:00 to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the “Paris Peace Agreements on Cambodia 1991”.
Twenty years had passed, and the situations in Cambodia proved that the peace treaty’s principal objectives of guaranteeing respect of human rights in Cambodia along with its sovereignty and territorial integrity have never been fully met.

Explain who she is again?
You said that Ms. Chak Sokhonn is one of CPP. Do you have any concrete proof? Don't blame Madame Chak without unfounded or you're "one of anamites-viet" which is getting war of misinformation in order to divide the power of Khmer nationalist or you have jealousy since she is capable of organizing the conferences with the involvement of senior international dignitaries. Are you "one of the dogs" which barking against the honest people without claws;
