In our modern time where one country cannot totally exist on its own, there should be an international law introduced and passed by the world court, if one is not already in existence, to force a country such as Qatar to hand over a political criminal such as the Libyan spy chief so that he can face his crimes and those he tortured rather than allowing him to sit in a relaxed manner enjoying his meal in a fancy hotel with money that came from the blood and life of the Libyan people.

It does not hurt to help God punish such a criminal in case He, the Lord is too slow to act or too busy to do anything about it. God may even be thankful that we help relieve his work load as there are still too many dictators and their cronies out there to kill and suppress their own people in the name of leading the nation to prosperity.

Unfortunately, many of this dictators that exist today, are seen to be devoted to their religions. Today, religions is just a tool used by dictators and rulers to controls the mass. Cambodia is no exception. Hun Sen and CPP using the nations budget, not their salary to offers to the poor and even using foreign aids as political agenda when it should be fairly distributed across the nations.

Everyone, please, don't mention or say just Yuon.

Please mention Vietcong/Vietnamese/Yuon so that the world need to know what Yuon is.

I have many American friends and friend around the worlds did not know what Yuon is.

You can mention both Yuon/Vietnamese or Yuon/Vietnamese/Vietcong so that the people around the world will understand.
