Because of the pressures and interferences from both Hanoi and US, UN who has played an important role in this ECCC has ignored Nuon Chea appeall to investigate yuon 's role not only between 1975-1979 but also before 1975s in his initial hearing sometime ago.
If UN play by the international law.
When Nuon Chea accussed yuon role in this genocide crime as Nuon Chea did , UN must investigate and bring Hanoi sides come forward to face , face to face with Nuon Chea in ECCC court openly and publicly .
Shamefull Ah You Bunleng, Chea Leng must resign long ago with German counterpart.

Please mention Vietcong/Vietnamese/Yuon so that the world need to know what Yuon is.
I have many American friends and friend around the worlds did not know what Yuon is.
