Sean Pengse is too old and cannot remember thing properly, if he doesn't know the whole truth, don't try to speak too louder, it is embarassing to the nature surrounding his house. Sean Pengse has never dared to tell the public that what had happened to Khmer's border with Vietnam? During he was the Minister in Lon Nol regime?

As for the dispute land surrounding preach Vihear temple, Thailand has never claimed that 4.6 Km2 is belong to Thailand because of they follow what Vietnam has done to Cambodia on the Eastern border at all. This language is came from Sean Pengse and anti-Cambodian government groups to insult and invented the truth about the situation in Cambodia. It won't help anything to Cambodia, but at the same time, it is helping Thailand to have a legitimate claim for Khmer's land.

United Nations and signatory countries must help Cambodia enforce the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia now.

How easily he forget speaking Cambodian. No need to speak french. Not surprised why these people know nothing. Such a hardliner. I bet he's never been to Cambodia. That's why he knows nothing in Cambodia. He didn't know that his old regime and former bosses were the ones who got Cambodia in war. His boss and he didn't even do 1/1000 of the good job Hun Sen had done.

He's wrong. There are countries who share the wealth on overlap boundary without solving the border conflict. Brunei did with Malaysia, Malaysia did with Thailand. China and Japan also used to discuss about the joint development and oil exploration in East China sea. Mr. Pengse, you don't know as much as your supporters think you know.

you're an idiot yourself! Mr. Sean is right. you set your border in place first, then you can sit down and discuss about sharing the wealth on the overlap boundary.

The big problem is the credibility of Mr. Sean Pengse seng.He was never recognized by the international community as an expert of Khmer border issues.
His opinion on this issue is a very personal opinion, not objective, and partisan.
This is simply the political amateurism and the political quackery.

the big VAN DE[problem] is HUN SEN, SIHA NORK sell SCAMBODIA To Youn VIET Cong blackteeth already,as my king SIN SI SA MOUTH has sang.

Credibility of Mr. Sean is not important in this case.

The question is why can't the French map of 1904 agreed upon then by the 4 countries be used to demarcate the sea and land borders between the 4 countries?

Vietnamese, Thai, Laotian maps drawn up later were done unilaterally and cannot be used. The Paris Peace Agreement of 1993 recognizes the 1904 treaty for border disputes and rejects all other treaties.

Cambodians lose land because of their usual stupid, dictatorial, uneducated leaders, in this case, Hun Sen.

How many Cambodian leaders finished high school in Cambodia properly?

Power with support from Hanoi is needed by Hun Sen with a huge sum of payment in the form of land and sea encroachment by Vietnam.

Pure and Simple!

Good point poster 1:59AM

The 1991 Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia must be implemented now, so that Cambodia's Independence, Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity can be guaranteed.

I think Mr Sean is more credible then any of us here, to say the least, hes more credible then Hun Sen, who never even finished high school. Even after 30 years in ruling, Cambodia now lost more lands and sea area then any other PM in the history of Cambodia. The only different is, Hun Sen is openly inviting other countries to take a piece of the pie.

So the question here, should we Cambodians enforce 1991 Paris Agreement Act to save our nation?
