Cambodia Express News reported that unusually high tide was recorded in Sihanoukville for the past two days. The tide was so high that the floor of houses belonging to fishermen was flooded near the Sihanoukville breakwater dike. However, expert indicated that this is natural phenomenon where high tide is usually observed at the end of October and in November.
