He is not only a drunken guy, but also known for chasing after young girls, especially on FB.
This freaking guy spends most of times at the office not doing any useful works, but just chitchatting with young girls on FB.
He should also be awarded with a PhD of Shameless Adultery.
People say he's got Aids.

In Cambodia of present day there is a new and quite infectious disease spreading swiftly among the rich, powerful and especially the officials of the governemtn of Cambodia which can be detrimental in a long run to the state of education of the country, itself. In addition it sends the wrong messages to younger Cambodians, especially really good and hard-working students polluting their minds and spirits.
Power, money and prestige coming from money and power itself are the diseases of this world; however, they seem to be quite widespread, infectious and mortally dangerous in Cambodia where many Cambodian officials starting from the first lady to Prime Minister Hun Sen and all the way down to his officials and business cronies lust for them.
Power, money and prestige coming from being powerful and rich are no longer satisfactory in the minds of these officials. They desire for a title of "Dr.", though it is an honorary, as long as they get it even though they have done nothing much of significance for a humanity cause to have such a title bestowed on them.
The moral degradation is even made worse by the fact that a University of Cambodia which is, among other universities in Cambodia, supposed to represent something against such a shame turns out to be the one who encourages it, perhaps for the personal and selfish reasons of its president or board of governers if one exists.
This is a deadly dangerous disease for Cambodian society which spreads at an alarming speed with no vaccine(s) or medication(s) in sight to help prevent or heal it respectively.
Hopefully, the King of Cambodia and the two Supreme Buddhist Monks are immune to such a disease.

They are now very obcessed with PhD. I think in the 10 years, Cambodian will have 90 % of population qualification of PhD degree.

In a real democratic country, having an affair or a lover can lead to the loose of position or power, thats why many that are caught will often resign to have some shame.
In the Kingdom of Wonder, Government officials, are often openly seen luring young girls, found with mistress, lovers, and girlfriends, for Khiev Kanharidh, he even have a white lover and a white spolit daughter, who will never have to work in her entire life.
What are these corrupt officials in the Kingdom of Wonder telling the world and Khmer abroad? Is this behaviors acceptable?
I need some of that concoction for my Ph.D mind.
