Though he sounds strong, quite defiant and challenging with usually rude remarks in his speech to prove his toughnes, PM Hun Sen is certainly concerned and worried that he may meet his fate just like that of Colonel Gaddafi.
There is no need to scare all others if you truly believe that you are undefeatable and omnipotent.
Dictator like PM Hun Sen cannot and will not learn from other people's mistakes and fates in the same manner as certain small insects keep flying into the burning flame no matter how hot the flame can be.
