Synopsis: The Phnom Penh municipal court held a hearing on 02 November 2011 to try Nan Sy in absentia. Nan Sy was the Cambodian ambassador to Brunei. He is accused of corruption and embezzling $430,000 in state funds for the construction of the Cambodian embassy in Brunei in 2008. Nan Sy is a Cambodian Muslim and he was a former Funcinpec MP.
សាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នៅថ្ងៃ២ វិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១១ បានបើកសវនាការកាត់ទោសកំបាំងមុខឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជា ឈ្មោះលោក ណាន់ ស៊ី។
លោក ណាន់ ស៊ី ត្រូវបានចោទក្រោយបទប្រព្រឹត្តអំពើពុករលួយ និងកេងប្រវ័ញ្ចប្រាក់របស់រដ្ឋសរុបប្រមាណ ៤៣ម៉ឺនដុល្លារអាមេរិក នៅក្នុងការសាងសង់ស្ថានទូតកម្ពុជា នៅប្រទេសប្រ៊ុយណេ (Brunei) នៅឆ្នាំ២០០៨ កន្លងទៅ។
តុលាការគ្រោងនឹងប្រកាសសាលក្រម នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១១ ខាងមុខនេះ ប៉ុន្តែតុលាការបានចេញដីការួចហើយ ដើម្បីឲ្យអាជ្ញាធរនគរបាលជាតិកម្ពុជា តាមចាប់ខ្លួនលោក ណាន់ ស៊ី នោះ។ ដើមបណ្ដឹងនៃសំណុំរឿងព្រហ្មទណ្ឌនេះ គឺក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជា។ លោក ណាន់ ស៊ី កំពុងតែលាក់ខ្លួន។
មេធាវីរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល លោក គី តិច បានមានប្រសាសន៍នៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ក្រោយពីសវនាការនោះថា លោកសុំឲ្យតុលាការផ្ដន្ទាទោសតាមច្បាប់ដែលបានកំណត់៖ «គាត់បានយកលុយហ្នឹង។ ក្រសួងការបរទេសតម្កល់ទុកទូទាត់ថ្លៃសំណង់ហ្នឹងអស់ ២៩ម៉ឺនដុល្លារអាមេរិកជាង ហើយរកឃើញការចំណាយផ្សេងៗទៀត ដែលមិនប្រក្រតីមានជំពាក់ធនាគារ ជំពាក់ក្រុមហ៊ុនផ្សេងៗ។ បូករួមចូលគ្នាទៅឡើងដល់ ៤៣ម៉ឺនដុល្លារអាមេរិកជាង។ តុលាការនឹងសម្រេចផ្ដន្ទាទោសគាត់ហើយ»។
មេធាវីរបស់លោក ណាន់ ស៊ី លោក កែវ យ៉ា បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា លោកបានផ្ទេរសំណុំរឿងនេះឲ្យទៅមេធាវីផ្សេងទៀត ដោយសារតែលោកជាប់រវល់។
វិទ្យុអាស៊ីសេរីមិនទាន់អាចទាក់ទងមេធាវីថ្មីនោះបាននៅឡើយទេ ដើម្បីសុំការពន្យល់ពីបញ្ហានេះ។
ទាក់ទងនឹងរឿងអាស្រូវនេះ អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជា លោក កុយ គួង បានមានប្រសាសន៍បំភ្លឺថា ក្រសួងបានចាត់វិធានការចំពោះលោក ណាន់ ស៊ី រួចហើយ៖ «បាទ! យើងបណ្ដេញចេញបាត់ទៅហើយ ហើយសព្វថ្ងៃនេះឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថ្មី គឺលោក ឆាយ សុខន ទូតថ្មី របស់កម្ពុជាយើងប្រចាំនៅប្រទេសប្រ៊ុយណេ»។
លោក ណាន់ ស៊ី ជាជនជាតិចាម គឺជាអតីតតំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្សហ៊្វុនស៊ិនប៉ិច។ សាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ បានចោទប្រកាន់លោកតាមមាត្រាទី៥៩៧ និងមាត្រា៥៩៨ នៃក្រមព្រហ្មទណ្ឌថ្មី ក្រោមបទកេងយកផលប្រយោជន៍ដោយខុសច្បាប់។
រឿងអាស្រូវនេះបានកើតឡើងនៅឆ្នាំ២០០៨ ប៉ុន្តែក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជា បានប្ដឹងនៅឆ្នាំ២០១១ ក្រោយពីបានដឹងរឿងនេះតាមរយៈការពិនិត្យបញ្ជីចំណាយ និងទូទាត់ប្រាក់ឲ្យក្រុមហ៊ុនសាងសង់ស្ថានទូតកម្ពុជា នៅប្រទេសប្រ៊ុយណេ។ ក្រុមហ៊ុននេះបានផ្ញើសំបុត្រមកក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជា។ ក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជា បានធ្វើអធិការកិច្ចតាមបណ្ដឹងនោះ។
បើសិនណា តុលាការរកឃើញថា លោក ណាន់ ស៊ី មានទោសកំហុសមែននោះតុលាការ និងផ្ដន្ទាទោសឲ្យជាប់គុករវាង ២ឆ្នាំ ទៅ ៥ឆ្នាំផាកពិន័យចំនួនពី ៤លានរៀល ទៅ ១០លានរៀល៕

funcipec are the most corrupted of them all. they made up of mostly former official from the bygone era, you know! once they taste the easiness, they will do it again without anticorruption law, you know! that's why we see that type of party don't last long because of corruption, etc...
in contrary, the party that can last a long time is actually a good one; you have to watch out the one they changes a lot, that the most corrupted ones, really!

The party is is over, guys, who will be next, you know it more than anybody else.
Simply because they want the Ambassador post in Brunei, and you end up in jail. Nancy ! you know how bad you blasted CPP when you were MP ? You think they forgave you ? Not CPP !
I guess Gadafi's party must be a good one since it lasted for more than 40 years.
Also the ones ruling Vietnam and Cambodia must also be very good since they also rule Cambodia that long.
America's political parties never rule the country very long so they must all be bad parties; however, America is still one of the best countries in the world to live in and yet most Vietnamese or Cambodians, if given a chance, would all immigrate to the other western countries even though they have such good parties governing them since these parties are in power forever!
