Mr. Sean Pengse, you must speak clearer and presice to the points because the listeners can get confuse with your talk.
Remember slowly but speak clear to the points to make the audiences or the listeners get the important points.

The treaties from 1979 to 1986 made by Samdach Decho Hun Sen. Cambodia lost over 60 000km2 to Vietnam and Thailand each take 30 000km2.
If the Paris Peace Agreement 1991 was used, Cambodia will get back over 60 000km2 back from Vietnam and Thailand.
Why don't Hun Sen government and CPP use the Paris Peace Agreement 1991? If the Paris Peace Agreement 1991 benefits Cambodia and Cambodian people.
Let's Cambodian people invite Samdach Decho Hun Sen to debate face to face with Mr. Sam Rainsy and Mr. Sean Pengse at France court or international court where the Paris Peace Agreement 1991 was made for Cambodian people at that time.

As I have said before many times already that Cambodia is present very anarchist as everyone is thinking they are lawsmakers. Now Soy Sopheap and Chum Kosal are also claiming they can allow someone can come or leave from Cambodia. Before Om Yintieng was talking on behalf of the government. Therefore we don't know who is the real Government spokeperson.

VOA reporter put Soy Sopheap and Chum Kosal to shame by making a point at the end to remind reporters to do their job professionally and collect the necessary information to report the truth without intention to mislead audience which could do harm to their own profession as well as the damage to society at large.
That was cold reminder that Soy Sopheap is no real journalist. Very sad. tsk.
