in the past, sihanouk would bring his/or body to execute in public. nowadays, under hun - law suit is their name of the game.
the royals were summoned to question by the pp gov't. sihanouk got cold feet, denied of any recollection that he had ever issued any invitation. sam rainsy got painted another dark color.
sihanouk thought that hun has been cool down, so he started to play his old game again by giving speech - reconciliation/truce among khmer political parties. hun said he was intrigue by sihanouk's speech and is anticipating what sihanouk meant by "reconciliation".

The cabinet of former King Sihanouk has denied that they has ever issued the invitation to fugitive Sam Rainsy to attend King Sihanouk's birthday is the slap in the face of Sam Rainsy who is often lied to public. There is no doubt that a convicted criminal Sam Rainsy is a good liar. He made a fake invitation and run the campaign that Royal family is at odd with the ruling party. Shame on Sam Rainsy and shame to SRP.
Sam Rainsy always lies to Khmer people and he won't stop lie. It is the nature of a man who has female behaviour.
