ធនាគារ ៣ទៀត ដែលរកស៊ីនៅកម្ពុជា មាន Agribank, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) និងធនាគារយោធា (Military Bank) ដែល ផ្ដល់ទុនដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនទូរស័ព្ទដៃវៀតតែល (VIETEL) និងម៉ិតហ្វូន (Metfone) ក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងចាត់ចែងដោយឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ ហ្វាង អាញ់ ស្វ័ន (Hoang Anh Xuan)។ ឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍រូបនេះ មានឈ្មោះជាមេបញ្ជាការកងកម្លាំងចូលមករំលំរបបខ្មែរក្រហមនៅខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩៕ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងសហគមន៍ខ្មែរនៅបរទេសជាច្រើន នាំគ្នាសួរគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក អំពីធនាគារវៀតណាមមួយ ឈ្មោះ Sacombank។
សាកុមបាំង (Sacombank) ជាធនាគារវៀតណាម សរសេរអក្សរកាត់ ចេញពីឈ្មោះដើម Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank ដែលមានទីចាត់ការធំនៅក្រុងព្រៃនគរ ឬក្រុងហូជីមិញ ជាធនាគាររកស៊ីទទួលទុកប្រាក់ បើកប្រាក់ និងចងការប្រាក់ដល់វិនិយោគិន ដោយឥតមានអាជីវករ ឬពាណិជ្ជករខ្មែរចូលហ៊ុនឡើយ។
ធនាគារ Sacombank ដែលបើកទ្វារកស៊ីមុនធនាគារវៀតណាមដទៃទៀត នៅខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០០៩ បានដាក់ដើមទុនប្រមាណ ៣៨លានដុល្លារ បន្ទាប់ពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានចេញអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណផ្ដល់សិទ្ធិឲ្យរកស៊ីរយៈពេល ៩៩ឆ្នាំ។ តាមការអះអាងរបស់ប្រធានក្រុមហ៊ុនធនាគារ លោក ដាង វ៉ាន់ ថាញ់ (Dang Van Thanh) និងប្រធានអគ្គនាយកសាខាធនាគារនៅកម្ពុជា លោក ង្វៀង មិញតាំ (Nguyen Minh Tam) ធនាគារ Sacombank ថានឹងបើកសាខារបស់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងខេត្តកំពង់ចាមក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១២។
ចាប់ពីពេលបើកមុខរបរ ធនាគារនេះបានបញ្ចេញបញ្ចូលផ្ទេរទុនមានទឹកប្រាក់ចំនួន២៥០ ទៅ២៧៥លានដុល្លារ រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ហើយឆ្នាំ២០១១ នេះ បានចំណេញមុនបង់ពន្ធដារឲ្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចំនួន ២លានដុល្លារ។
ក្នុងគេហទំព័ររបស់ធនាគារនេះ ផ្សាយកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១១ ធនាគារ Sacombank ទ្រទ្រង់ដោយធនាគារជាតិវៀតណាម មានអតិថិជនទុកប្រាក់ចំនួន ១.៨០០នាក់ មានការិយាល័យសាខា ៣ នៅក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ គឺនៅជិតផ្សារអូឡាំពិក ហាងទំនិញវៀតណាម និងនៅច្បារអំពៅ។
តាមទីភ្នាក់ងារព័ត៌មានរ៉យទ័រ (Reuters) ក្នុងខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០១១ ធនាគារ ANZ មានភាគហ៊ុនជាមួយធនាគារ Sacombank ចំនួន១០%។ តាមការផ្សាយក្នុងទស្សនាវដ្ដីអាជីវកម្មវៀតណាម (Vietnam Business News) និង Southeast Asia Weekly ធនាគារវៀតណាមបានជួយសម្រួលដល់ការខ្ចីទុនធ្វើអាជីវកម្មពីសំណាក់ជនជាតិវៀតណាមនៅក្រៅប្រទេស ជាពិសេសនៅកម្ពុជា ហៅថា វៀតគាវ (Viet Kieu) ឲ្យមានលទ្ធភាពវិនិយោគទុនខាងទិញអចលនទ្រព្យ ដូចជាដីធ្លី ផ្ទះសម្បែងជាដើម។
