Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam (CLV) will increase cooperation to address challenges in the region.
The agreement was reached at the seventh meeting of their CLV Joint Coordinating Committee in Attapeu town, Laos, on December 9.
Lao Prime Minister Thongsing called for internal cooperation as well as international support for the development triangle region.
Participants acknowledged the progress made within the CLV cooperation framework and expressed their thanks to Japan for its assistance to the region’s socio-economic development.
They also emphasized the importance of cooperation between the three countries and their development partners in clearing mines and other unexploded ordinances and in developing their human resources.
At the meeting, the Lao Minister of Planning and Investment, the Cambodian Minister of Trade, and the Vietnamese Minister of Planning and Investment signed an agreement on managing and directing the electronic portal for the CLV development triangle.
The next meeting of the CLV Joint Coordinating Committee will take place in Vietnam in 2012.

This is a new way of Vietnamization in Indochina. Ho Chiminh's dream to colonize SE Asia is come true. It took almost a century to finish this new plan with a accomplish by it's own government.
This prposal was approach by vietname to Japan investor. Japan has put about 60% into this funding. Vietname about 30% and the rest are from Cambodian and Lao. This is not about economic investment. It's about new colonization of Lao and Cambodia. Vietname plan to legally mobilize their people westward about 4 million people to do business in Lao and Cambodia. Under the pretext of this new development, everyone who live in 9 provinces can move freely any country to do business with helping from Japan and Vietname.
Do you think how many Khmer willing
to move to do business in Vietname or Lao? On the otherhand, how many Vietname want to move to Cambodia?

Hun Sen government is just the name only. Actually, it is the agent of Youn, speed up process of eleimnate Khmer race, and populate with Youn. Youn integrated their polices fluence in Khmer into villages acrose the nation, and follow up with youn families, school, business, and their association. Khmer villagers keep moving to others places, and those who stay behind in the same villages are so terrorfying of the Youn.
Tonle Sap are infested with Youn that there is no Khmer authorotiy can get near their communities because they have their own law, their own polices, their own armies, and they are extracting natural resources including illegally catch fishes, and take to Hanoi and Prey Nokor.
States securities and armies are now within a full grip of youn. Most Khmer generals are old and some have been passed away, and youn promote a young youn general (do not be fooled by their name and Cambodian linguistic ability)to take over the entire state security system. (Hun Sen and his people are just slave to Youn)
Senators and national congress on every level are controlled by Youn. Even all computors, electronic systems are take care of by YOun. Khmer technician are not allow to touch those computers.
Next year, Khmer is going to host the ASEAN, in reality, Youn is running the whole show. KHmer government is not asking KHmer with experiences to help put the conference togethere because youn will not allow to, youn will run the whole conferences, organize and run full of youn-youn gain experiences, get the money, gain the information on the expense of KHmer.
Land all around the border are being bought by youn who use the money from person like Sokong and those land are transformed over night because Youn installing light pools, pave the roads and signs in Youn (Thai do the same thing right after Hun Sen disolved the resistant force in the border)
And there are so many horrible things that youn are doing to take over Khmer by use both soft and hard power ( soft by integrated youn into instituion such as senate and congesss, hard such as murder those who bring the Khmer interest with Hun Sen)
Years of Hun Sen's reign is also the last of Khmer!
