A lawyer for the opposition Sam Rainsy Party has filed a complaint with Pursat provincial court against an official from the opposition Human Rights Party, accusing him of forging documents for the resignation of an SRP provincial council member.
HRP official Heng Chanthoun faked a document stating SRP provincial council member Nguon Porseng had resigned from his post, the party claims in a press release.
The statement also alleges Heng Chanthoun, who defected to HRP from the SRP earlier this year, forged resignation documents for a number of SRP commune and district council members in Pursat who did not defect to HRP with him.
Choung Choungy, a lawyer for SRP, said he had filed a complaint against Heng Chanthoun, but declined to comment further.
Heng Chanthoun could not be reached for comment yesterday, while HRP spokesman Pol Ham said the complaint was not related to the party.
SRP lawmaker Kim Sourphirith said the party had enough evidence to file the complaint against Heng Chanthoun, who he claimed had forged documents relating to more than 10 commune council members.
Nguon Porseng told the Post he had been removed from his post by the Ministry of Interior based on Heng Chanthoun’s fake documentation.
“I have never applied for resignation,” he said.

Once again, whether or not all you dumb Khmer surrender yourselves to Viet, Khmer is now deep-rooted Viet, and irreversibly so already.
Challenge me if all of you dumb Khmer can. We have millions of us (legally the majority thanks to that dumb Hun Sen) that will vote for Viet-Khmer candidate legally and democratically forever, even the outside world would support and agree and as a matter of factly, there is not much the outside world can do about it...
How Sam Raingsy and/or any of your worthless so-called dumb heroe(s) including the stupid dumb king Sihanouk of yours that just wants to reign and rule plan to win Cambodia back? Your Vietcong pushed and misled King Sihanouk to accept and create very bad Foreign Policy with Vietcong/Vietnam before or during the Vietnam war. That was why it caused the major damages to Cambodia and it allowed the Vietcong to cheat and take advantages of the wars until Khmer became weaker and weaker.
If King Sihanouk did not listen to your Vietcong and feel sorry about your Vietcong by manipulating Khmer King, Sihanouk will get along with Lon Nol and this King would not have become a stupid King ever since. Now, the King is feeling guilty and stupid because of your Vietcong's manipulation.

I repeat again and again that HRP should not allow newly members from SRP to do such as this dirty work to serve CPP. It's not good for HRP. This shows that HRP serve CPP indirectly.
