The group of Cambodia’s territorial integrity watchdog reacted to the cooperation agreement memorandum between Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos, saying that it is Vietnam’s ambition to swallow Cambodia in order to strengthen the Indochinese Federation.
The overseas-based Cambodian Border Watchdog expressed its concerns about the cooperation memorandum issued on 30 November by Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos, saying that it is subterfuge by Vietnam to swallow Cambodia for its own expansion only.

those khmer palm trees are symbol of cambodia, not viet/youn country. viet/youn came from the north around hanoi area, not the mekong river delta and koh tral. these are former khmer territories, you know!
viet/youn used their big population to grab lands from khmers. i think china should use their big population, too, to grab lands from viet/youn. i told you, what goes around comes around!

The whole elephant has been dead and rotten for a few weeks right in the centre of Phnom Penh with so much stinky smell and Mr. Var Kim Hong is using a 20 cm by 20 cm handkerchief or paper towel to cover it and also uses a small Cambodian fan made of palm leaves to drive out the smell with a strong wind blowing right in his direction.
1. Vietnam did not come to Cambodia with its army to save Cambodians from the killing fields of the KR and in so doing losing so many of its soldiers though it appeared that was the case.
2. There was no need for Vietnam to stay and occupy Cambodia for 10 years to help prevent the return of the KR regime. Vietnam could have called for a UN or international assistance in Cambodia to provide security and assistance for Cambodians and the establishment of conditions in which Cambodians can be free to choose to vote for anyone or group they see fit to run their country. The insistence on supporting the PRK clearly shows Vietnamese ambition mentioned by Mr. Seang Peng Se and others in the report by RFA.
3. Why would Vietnam not want to include China in the cooperation agreement memorandum; after all, China also shares not only border, but also some culture and tradition with Vietnam?
4. Mr. Var Kim Hong's responses to the concerns expressed by critics implie clearly, in his and his boss's opinions, that Cambodia should take whatever Vietnam thinks Cambodia should have, territorially speaking, since Cambodia is a much weaker state and Cambodia might as well gets just what is given and so at least possesses something. Remember that this is just the beginning of the end of Cambodia!
Did Mr. Var Kim Hong and his boss choose to forget purposefully in order to remain in power that the UN, the world court and the international community exist and can help rectify any border disputes between Vietnam and Cambodia peacefully based on the legitimate map deposited at the UN in 1964 by King Father Norodom Sihanouk and the map itself was then recognized by the Vietnamese, themselves? There should not be any need of a new map, whatsoever unless an evil intention is in place on the part of Vietnam. I sincerely give King Father Norodom Sihanouk a credit for this act!
5. The present Cambodians in Cambodia will be held responsible by history for any loss of Cambodian territory and ,for later, becoming and/or their decendants becoming a minority in their own country for their indifferences and lack of concerns on such important national issues.
If they are happy with the status quo and do not mind the influx of illegal Vietnamese and the destruction of their forest by foreign companies and the great lake of Tonle Sap by floating Vietnamese villages, then the fate of Cambodia has certainly been sealed not by the devil or God, but by the Cambodians, themselves.

The real cause of why Khmers keep fighting with Khmers.
First, Khmer people have to know these facts:
- The United Nations planned to make a trip to Cambodia on January 15th 1979 to check the Khmer Rouge.
- Vietnam knew about this trip in advance, so Vietnam made a full scale attack on Cambodia to stop the United Nations from monitoring the Khmer Rouge.
- As we all know, Khmer Vietminh were created and brainwashed by Vietnam. These Khmer Vietminh committed most of the killings during the Pol Pot's era.
By invading Cambodia, Vietnam was able to put an ignorant, uneducated person named Hun Sen in charge of the country.
Because Hun Sen is Vietnam's slave, he has served only Vietnam's interest. That made Khmer people so mad. That’s why we have seen like Khmers always fight with Khmers due to Vietnam’s maneuvering.
Now we can see, WHO MADE KHMERS FIGHT WITH KHMERS?
It is time for all of us to understand Vietnam's tricks. This Devil Vietnam is the root cause of Khmers fight with Khmers.

Once again, whether or not all you dumb Khmer surrender yourselves to Viet, Khmer is now deep-rooted Viet, and irreversibly so already.
Challenge me if all of you dumb Khmer can. We have millions of us (legally the majority thanks to that dumb Hun Sen) that will vote for Viet-Khmer candidate legally and democratically forever, even the outside world would support and agree and as a matter of factly, there is not much the outside world can do about it...

Millions of illegal and legal Vietnamese have been residing inside Cambodia after Vietnam’s invasion in January 1979, causing extreme concerns amongst Khmer people about the prospect that Cambodia would be the second Kampuchea Krom (the current southern part of Vietnam).
How much Khmer natural resource has Vietnam destroyed after its invasion in January 1979?
The killings during the Pol Pot's era were committed by the Khmer rouge, the Khmer Vietminh, etc.
Notice that the Khmer Vietminh were created and brainwashed by Vietnam to make Khmers fight with Khmers, to make Khmers kill each others. Vietnam’s ulterior ultimate goal is to make Khmer people vanish from this world like Vietnam did to Champa. No wonder, they have always seen Khmers fight with Khmers.
How about the K5 project, which killed hundreds of thousands of Khmer people in the 80's? This K5 scheme was totally orchestrated by Vietnam to make Khmer people disappear so that Vietnam can easily take Cambodia.
Vietnam must pay for this enormous K5 project crime. We need to take Vietnam to the international court about this K5 issue regarding Vietnam’s catastrophic action in Cambodia. Vietnam’s current dominance in Cambodia also contributes to the present majority of Khmer people’s misery.

This shows us Khmers how important it is to reactivate the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia.
Any treaties signed by the Cambodian and Vietnamese governments that violate Cambodian sovereignty and territorial integrity must be cancelled as soon as possible.
