You cannot separate the people from get involved with the politics. What a stupid idea is that?

The politicians cannot be a politicians if the people don't get involved and and don't vote for them.

All citizen must get involved with politics if they want changes, or otherwise the politicians will lead the nation to disaster like what Hun Xen is doing with Yuon support him behind.

And do not talk about Yuon who just support, Yuon do more than support. If Yuon didn't do more than support, Yuon would not have land to call Yiek Nam.
To build Yiek Nam, Yuon's policies are to kill others to take their land, and they have been doing since 1400's.

Furthermore, Men Xam An is Yuon in disguised.

1:10AM,
Read the definition of politics!
I think tha after reading this, it will help you for commenting.

Politics (from Greek πολιτικός, "of, for, or relating to citizens") is a process by which groups of people make collective decisions. The term is generally applied to the art or science of running governmental or state affairs, including behavior within civil governments, but also applies to institutions, fields, and special interest groups such as the corporate, academic, and religious segments of society. It consists of "social relations involving authority or power"[1] and refers to the regulation of public affairs within a political unit,[2] and to the methods and tactics used to formulate and apply policy.[3]

A few reasons why I hate Vietnamese.
-They speak with an ugly accent.
-They like to cheat and lie the tourists.
-Their building are too skinny and so ugly.
-Their woman are small and so aggressive.
-They like to cause troubles.

The world cannot have peace if Vietnam exists.

When did Vietnam start celebrating January 7th?

This is the first time, isn't it?

What is going on here?

Is the Vietnamese government certain enough of their complete control of all their puppets that they are coming out to celebrate their eventual accomplishment of the wish of their Uncle Ho for the Indochinese Federation?

I guess Uncle Ho must be happy and laughing with a glass of champagne in his hand wherever he is!

Vietnam has never cared enough about Cambodia or the Khmers to the point of sacrificing their lives for them (Cambodians) by coming to their rescue from the KR genocidal stupidity. If that were the case, they would not have suppressed the Khmer Krom people so savagely!

Indochinese federation or westward movement after it was no longer possible to move south when Koh Tral was finally occupied is a known fact of Vietnamese political leaders among typical educated and semi-educated Cambodians.

The fact was known way back in the 50s, talked about more in the schools in the 60s, much more after March 18, 1970 and stressed about in the book of Mr. Noun Kheun in the early part of the 70s around 1972 or 73 or so. This movement is known in Vietnamese as Vietnam’s Tay Tién expansion into Cambodia and also Laos.

The problems Cambodia has been facing appears endless when it comes to dealing with such endless and aggressive expansion on the part of Vietnam.

It is not that the Cambodians cannot at all prevent it, slow it down and put a complete stop on it in our present-day world with the proper internationally recognized territorial boundary of whatever is left; the obstacles rest with a very well-known simple fact that there are always Cambodians who want power for themselves and are willing to sell their mind, body and even soul to the Vietnamese and became their puppets working for their interests at the expense of their own country and people.

All classes of Cambodian people from farmers to kings had worked and still work with and for them!

How do you prevent your house from being broken into if there is always a family member or members among you who will not hesitate to leave the door open for the intruders?

Vietnamese and Chinese in Cambodia or at least some of them always consider Cambodians backward people or barbarians, which is very unfortunate since they make a better living in their adopted country much better than theirs and that is why they came years ago to Cambodia. I knew it for a fact because when I was still a young school student eating a bowl of chicken rice soup on the sidewalk of Phnom Penh on my way to school I|happened to hear their conversations inadvertently all the times.

Later on, in the refugee camp of Khao-I-Dang, while working for an NGO as a teacher, I would not tolerate any such talk in my class reminding all the Sino Cambodians involved that they were born, raised and educated in Cambodia and for that reason their loyalty should always lie with Cambodia the only country they know and talking in such a manner is an insult to the very people who were kind enough to allow their ancestors to come and live in their land!

With that fact in mind here is another important fact to consider.

Vietnamese living in Cambodia is a known fact and with proper, intelligent and accomodating policies they can be urged, persuaded and helped to integrate into the Cambodian society and learn to love and consider Cambodia their homes, especially their children and grandchildren just like Cambodian refugees being admitted into western countries.

Using discrimination policies based on hatred of Lon Nol and Pol Pot to eliminate them is wrong and very short-sighted to the point of being stupid and for sure those policies will backfire with serious consequences on the survival of Cambodia due to a social and racial instability. In addition Vietnam will not stand still to see their fellow citizens get slaughtered. Of course, more influx has to be stopped, but there is no need to get so paranoiac like Lon Nol and Pol Pot.

Khmerization of these Vietnamese is a possibility and should be considered with a well-planned policy of accepting and treating all residents who live in Cambodia with equality and rights under the laws.

Getting rid of Hun Sen and his clans is not easy. Even though SRP wins the election, there is no guarantee that a coup will not be staged like the one in Burma; after all, he has already prepared his children to take over him in a type of succession seen in North Korea. His children are already positioned in the army, important strategic position of media and others.

Marriages among the children of his ministers are clear indication of his desire to create a trustful inner circle that cannot allow the explosion from within to take place. Quite cunning and with strong disregard of Cambodia's interests indeed!

While SRP focuses on winning the election which is their top priority, they should put some thought into how they are going to face the coup possibility!

Foremost, I can comment all I want about Cambodia and her future; the reality is the fate and survival of Cambodia as an independent and free state outside the concealed Indochinese Federation rests with all Cambodians in the country who can vote for changes and freedom for themselves and their children. I am just simply a one person with no right to vote and if the majority decides to vote to keep the status quo then so be it!

Men Samon will be PM after Hun Sen was arrested by Viet.

In fact:

1) Why the Viet can be Khmer boss in Cambodia? Because Khmer are passive and need power to oppress own people.

2) In oversea in USA, France or Germany they do the same in Cambodia. But those European countries they are never dumb stupid like Khmers allowing Viet to lead them and over there the Viet have NO CHANCE with European. That is the fact.

cambodia long term strategy is to use the law to deal with everything within our national boundary as well as outside our boundary by by using existed international law and so forth. the issue of illegal immigration etc is to strengthen and reform our immigration law to better serve our country. like pissed off said, there is no need to be paranoid or neighboring countries, deal with them without using violence. instead make our country's law and put it into governing those within our national boundary, etc... it takes patient, education and wise and good cooperation from all khmer people from all walks of life. cambodia cannot afford to be divided, especially when it comes to our national interest. put personal issues aside, there is the right time for everything and everything can be dealt with through engaging dialogue. our politicians must be smart and clever and wise than the past, if not better. continue to talk discuss and make treaty with our own people, and we must be feel humiliated by doing so with our own people, the khmer leadership. when we prepared and make plan, it is more effective. always think of what could go wrong and have a contingency plan for our national strategics, etc...

the way i see, our issue among each other can be fixed once we all agree to have terms limits law, when we are ready, that is. there's no need to be greedy about power and put our nation in vulnerability. continue to get together to talk and brainstorm bor way to find good, sound solution. there is no need to be extreme in this case. work it out among ourselves and limit our issue with what other may think us, that's not our priority, instead focus and concentrate on finding a sound, fair solution among our politicians. we should try to build our country and our cities to meet the international standard, etc. no khmer person should suffer because of our lack of modern day convience, and mediocre standard of living, etc... our khmer people should enjoy a higher standard of living in cambodia like singapore, south korea, japan, etc... it's time we look beyond to the bigger world out there. cambodia, please open up. god bless cambodia.
