Sam Rainsy Party MPs, Sovan Pisaka and Mu Sochua were able to enter the Social Affairs Center(the small door was open very shortly for the security guard to enter) where 18 women and 2 children from Borei Keila had been illegally detained by the municipality since 11 January as they demonstrated outside of the municipality office to demand for housing and compensation for their belongings that were destroyed by PHANIMEX company.
The head of the center asked the two lawmakers to leave as they did not have permission. He then locked both gates. He informed both lawmakers that the women and children were at the center but were not registered. The municipality had asked him to watch over them.
MP Mu Sochua spoke to the women about their rights and the gross violation of human rights committed by the authorities and the company. The head of the company had been every day to force the detainees to thumbprint to accept her offer.
When asked what they wish to do, the women said they wanted to leave the center as they feel scared, unsafe and shame for having to be detained with homeless, mentally disturbed people, drug addicts and young men who are violent. They wish to obtain housing in Borei Keila as promised to them by the prime minister.
After our short meeting, the women gathered their belongings and started climbing over the fence.
Their husbands ad relatives who brought them food and medicines helped them from the other side of the fence and they quickly left the center for town.
The two MPs were locked inside the center for 15 minutes till the head of the center unlocked both gates.
SRP MPS, will send a letter to the Minister of Justice to request action from the municipality court against the authorities and the company for illegal detention.
Since the destruction of Borei Keila, no representative of the government has provided support or care for the victims. The office of the governor and local authorities have provided full protection and total carte blanche to the company to threaten the victims and manipulate the situation.

these people are not homeless, they are from the provinces, hoping to gain benefits from the gov't by having no land title at borei keila or boeungkak lake, etc... just look at how their political supporter came and support them. this political supporter is complicit in this illegal land title claim at the expense of the state, you know! the political is more hungry for their ballet box than these illegal land claim without proper titles, etc, you see. shame on them all for abusing the system!

politics at work! you see, mu sochua wanted to win more votes! of course you help them if you want to win more vote, simple as that, you know. these people aren't taught to respect the law, instead, they are encouraged by opposition people to break the law if anything, you know. shame on these law-breakers! no wonder they are sent to prey speu, etc, really!

if the government takes action against MP Sochua, it would be getting strong reaction from the west and Human rights NGOs alike, Send her to prison is going to be much worse(giving her more ammunition to be known and famous, not equally to Oun San Kuchy of Burma Nobel prize dissident))than ignore her.
Strip her from the MP immunity, She has already lost her parliamentarian immunity. Making harder to give it back to her, She can wait since the immunity of MP can easily strip any way, Who Care?
Blackmail her not to become MP during the next election, it is likely but less effective as she can turn herself to a proactive social action crusader.
Get rid her by a planned accident, don't even think about this method, PALs!!!

Hun Sen has done evil things,
Mu Sochua has done the right things.
She has helped people who need help.
Some blind bloggers follow the rules
of jungle laws of Hun Sen because

Where are the lotus and Jasime revolution? when the people need one.
Hun Sen is right, Lotus and Jasimine revolutions are nothing but chicken shit. Dare to do nothing as people in need one revolution.
Is that truth the lotus and jasimine revolution lead by coward people?
If there exist is a strong opposition leader this kind of event will not go unnoticed. He or she will rally the international community to put pressure on the current government.
Hun Sen evicted alot of Cambodians people unjusticely but No revolution is dare to raise up. Why? Because they are chicken as CPP said in the meeting.
Where is the Lotus or Jasmine revolution? Where are they? They must be coward group of leaders.
