STATEMENT BY THE INTERNATIONAL RESERVE
CO-INVESTIGATING JUDGE
In his previous press release dated 6 December 2011, the International Reserve Co-Investigating Judge emphasized his commitment to keep the public sufficiently informed about major developments in Case Files 003 and 004.
The International Reserve Co-Investigating Judge is mindful of the provisions in Rule 56 of the Internal Rules of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC). This Rule provides that public release of case-related information must be authorised jointly by the Co-Investigating Judges. In this regard, he regrets that the National Co-Investigating Judge does not agree to release information about important decisions submitted in December by the International Reserve Co-Investigating Judge in Case Files 003 and 004.

It is all about dirty tricks of this Hanoi ECCC to drag on and on till Nuon Chea or Khieu Sanmphan shut their mouth up by passing away one by one.
There have had many dirty tricks behind closed door of this Hanoi ECCC.
