Lamenting the steady stream of Cambodian men who are repatriated after falling victim to fishing boat slavery, Prime Minister Hun Sen said yesterday a lack of communication, not employment, was driving citizens to risky jobs abroad (sic!).
At a graduation ceremony, the premier told students the demand for agricultural workers in Cambodia was high but said advertising these positions remained a problem.
“In Ratanakkiri [province] the labour force wage is high – up to US$5 per day,” he said.
“Cambodia is now in the situation where it lacks labour (sic!), while a number of Cambodian people migrate for work outside the country, even if it is illegal.”

it is everybody's interest to help create more and more jobs in cambodia whether in gov't, in private sectors, etc, etc, really! everyone can contribute to the success and achievement in cambodia, you know. stop the hate, the bias, the evil, the greed the selfish, etc, ok! you're not only hurting cambodia and good people, you also hurting tourists, and those who love, care, work and live in cambodia. we all can help make a real, lasting difference in cambodia by enourage development, inviestments in hospital cares, infrastructure to make it easier and more convenient for tourists to travel and get medical care, etc in case they had an emergency needs in traffic accidents, etc, etc... you see, if we all keep hurting cambodia in some way, then we are only hurting ourself and others in a different way due to lack of good medical care, modern infrastructure, etc in my country cambodia. so, please help to develop and build up cambodia so everyone of us can enjoy our visit, our life, our excursion, etc, there, really. god bless my country cambodia.
Who care creating jobs in Cambobia. That is the strategy of the CPP's boss chasing Khmer voter out of the country and having no chance to determine their will but the Vietnamese who have chance to vote instead so that Cambodia will be Vietnam in the near futur.

maybe the business, etc needs to put the words out for available jobs, etc... also, maybe in the promise of higher paying jobs overseas that attracted people there. so, one can't just blame cambodia for this or that. people need to learn to think for themselves and get more education. do something creative in cambodia as well instead of always depending on others for everything, really! i believe, if we work hard and never give up, anyone can be successful because success called for hard work, you know. the key of success is to never give up on something you set goal on whether it's finishing your education, starting a business, i mean the list is endless, you know. always keep trying and work hard at it whatever your endeavor in life is, ok! god bless all.

LOL, Hun Sen has been so dumb and the dumbest leader on the planet.
If he opens his eyes bigger and think deeper, than he would say, "what I am talking about?"
His mouth is full of shits coming from his Hanoi's masters. Hun Sen is not afraid of talking plainly stupid in the public because he a fake power and money that he heavenly enjoys until the day he die like Suddam Husein and Gadhafi.
