Am not taking anybody side here; you've got to do better than just saying that - "i know him personally. he not a good person at all." Agreed?
khmer people are very resourceful. right now the law allows them to transports in bulk, maybe in the future, due to traffic issues, theh law may prohibit them from entering the cities with their improper transportation like this. it's dangerous, not only to themselves, but to others as well, to say the least, you know.
