Sok Khorn's father was angry at his son's addiction to video game playing, so he decided to chain his son in front of their house. Now how about an elite's son who is accused of international drug trafficking and money laundering? Shouldn't he deserve harsher punishment? Quite to the contrary, the accused man's father came to his defense by denying "his son’s involvement with drug-trafficking or money-laundering crimes". The father went on to say that his son's wife's brother-in-law had been arrested on drug-trafficking charges and put in an Australian jail some years ago, because of that his beloved son was "accidentally" implicated in drug trafficking. There is a Khmer saying for this kind of situation: "Samlor Kampoeus សម្ល កំពឹស" (shrimp soup). The soup is made out of whole tiny fresh water river shrimps. When one tries to scoop out these shrimps, some of them would dangle out of the spoon by their antenna's, thus the name "shrimp soup" because when you scoop one out, you end up scooping several others. Case in point: the son, the wife, her brother-in-law, not to mention the father, the uncle who is the priminister, the uncle's wife who runs Cambodia's vice-squad, the mouthpiece of the Ministry of Interior. Now, you get the picture: that's Cambodia "Kampoeus" (shrimp) family alright. Global Witness also called them "ខ្សែស្រឡាយ អ្នកលួចជាតិ" - Family tree of the thieves of the nation.

"Hun To" is a baby mafia of Hun Sen, and we don't care what this uneducated gang "Hun To" does as long as he does not cross our line. If he does, we'll teach this dumb peasant ass hole to see the reality.
Hun To will be on the "No-fly" list. The places he can visit are: Cambodia and Vietnam.
Also, if Kith Meng is implicated with crime, he'll be listed on the "No-fly" list.
Can you imagine have all the money in the world and not able to visit places you like.
